We are trying to achieve the following..
Laptop with Windows 8 and Hyper-V feature added. User does not have local admin rights. We want to add a pre-configured VM and allow the user to start, stop, etc. but not Create, Import or Delete.
We could add them to the Hyper-V Administrators group but this gives them full access to Hyper-V.
Power Users group allows them to open Hyper-V but do NOTHING inside. It won't even allow the user to see the VM that is already there.
Is there a way to achieve this?
