PIN login reverts to password RRS feed

  • Question

  • I set up a PIN for logging in. It worked this way for some time, but then the login screen reverted back to requiring a password. How do I go back to using a PIN?

  • Hi Jeff,

    Please login the machine, and then navigate to the following configuration panel:

    Settings->Accounts ->Sign-in options

    Under the PIN configuration part, check to see if we could change it. After that, lock your machine and you will notice there would be Sign-in options available:

    Click on that, then it will allow you t ochoose whether to login using Password or PIN:

    Let us know if any further help needed.

    Regards
