  • Hi tomkej

I had the same problem - solved as follows (with thanks to Dale Howard):

1)I deleted the lines in the xml file relating to both timesheet periods and fiscal periods and the Playbooks tool completed successfully.

2)I then set up timesheet periods and fiscal periods manually for the years 2011-2014 inclusive.

  • As it's failing on creating the timesheet periods, perhaps check the locale and regional settings of your destination server? What Locale are you configured for?

  • Thanks for your replaying me. I checked it. It set to Czech Republic. I found another error from application log - Failed to get language for PWA. We changed locale and regional setting to  US . Error form application log disappears anymore. I did the restore once more . I get the same error, but I can see new one in application log.

  • Hi Trevor,

I solved it in another way, but it is very similar. First, I took idea from Sunil suggestion .

    1) unchecking the Timesheet Settings - restore was complete

    2) set up Timesheet manually

    Thanks
