Best troubleshooting for front end server

Hi to all
i would like to know what will the best troubleshoot steps when a front end service just keep I’m starting state and never get running state. It is a Skype for business server 2019
please any advice would be appreciated

Hi MeVs,
For different problems, we will have different troubleshooting steps. It’s hard to say which is the best troubleshooting for Skype for Business front-end server.
If the front-end service can’t start, you can do the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Check for the Event logs for more details.
2. Check the certificates for Skype for Business server.
3. Check the CU version on different servers.
4. Quorum loss recovery.
5. Check the connectivity with back-end database.
