  • Hi Justin,

Any restart needed after installing this software?

  • Not sure.

But I suggest you rerun the SharePoint config wizard and restart the server.

  • Hi Justin,

I have tried install it and some of the issues are fix. Since the Microsoft SharePoint used is 2010, I saw it only supported for .Net Framework 2.0. During the Windows update, we do apply .Net Framework 3.0, 4.0. How do we fix the .Net Framework issue? Can we downgrade it back? Or we have to uninstall 3.0 and 2.0 and reinstall 2.0 only?

  • As I know, SharePoint 2010 support .NET Framework 3.5. What issue do you see now?
