  What is the configuration of both nodes ?

  Do they have 1 or 2 NIC ?

  What is the configuration of the NLB... Unicast or Multicast ?

  Yes, Node one Have Team 1(with two NIC )

  and second Node have same Team 1 (with two NIC)

  NLB is unicast.

  So each servers has 2 NIC but they are configured as NIC teaming ?

  yes, each server have 2 nic card and configured as NIC teaming but is any issue with teaming

  so that NLB have issue

  If you are using Virtual Machines for your NLB Servers, there is configuration you have to know if you use Unicast.
