Outlook Web Access (OWA) not working for a single user RRS feed

  • we are in a exchange 2010 environment and we have a single user out of about 2000 who has issues accessing OWA.

    he can reach the login page and login fine, but then OWA does not display correctly.

    it shows some plain text and broken hyperlinks and general formating is missing.

    it does not seem to be a computer or browser issue as other users are able to open and use OWA fine from the same computer.

    this user has the same display issues when using another computer.

  • I would create a new mailbox for him.  I can't think of how you would debug that kind of thing.
