Task Scheduler

  • Hi,

Question regarding Task Scheduler on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard sp1

Within Task Scheduler I created myself a new folder so I can stay organized.  I then created a series of tasks.  My tasks run perfect with no issues when I log in, set a trigger and let them run.   My question is, when my work partner log's in, and try’s to run my tasks, they don't work.  Is it possible to have other users, run my schedule tasks that I have created?  If so, what has to be done in order for this to occur?  AD  Permissions?

    Thanks for the support

  • Hi, first of all if you want that task will run automatically without and manual interference So log in through administrator and then schedule the task and make sure the shared folder and other files which will be in use through or run on that time, system self has full rights. or provide the user credential which has rights as your.

You can also click on whether user logon or not to run the schedule without user login.
