  • Hi,

Due to the move from one server version to another, there could be corrupted items in mailboxes or corrupted properties on mailboxes.

If you run that command on new user in exchange 2010, will this happen?

Run New-MailboxRepairRequest cmdlet on one of those mailboxes to take a test. If it doesn't work, try to export all messages for one of those mailboxes, then disable this mailbox, re-enable this mailbox, run that command on this re-enabled mailbox to check this issue.

    Best Regards.
