After upgrading from SCCM 2012 SP1 to SCCM 1610 CB Clients are not connecting to Site

  We have 1 forest and 2 domains, everything is working fine in one domain but we have problem with other domain. We have even tried renaming the System Management container and created the new one in the domain where we have problem. All attributed published in AD successfully, but we still have problem with clients not conneting site as it is discovering old client version and saying this is not compatable and failing.
