  • Hi Mike!

Does this issue persist all the time?

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

Can the receiver receive your message normally when you send the message to them?

To clarify this issue, can you provide screenshots about this issue?

In this case, we recommend you try to change another device to see if this issue still persist.

Besides, you can also try to clean the Lync client cache by referring this link:

  • Hi Jimmy,

Thanks for your response, Please see comments below

Does this issue persist all the time? Not all the time, could be related to CPU usage before issue, but unproven.

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization? Yes 2 reported users, different hardware

Can the receiver receive your message normally when you send the message to them? Yes sometimes new messages show but olds do not, sometimes they are received but are still blank

To clarify this issue, can you provide screenshots about this issue? Not yet, but requested.

The recommendation on the Cache clear is that when the issue is seen, after an issue to stop it again or something to do on a regular basis?

    Thanks in Advance

  • Hi MikeEvansHPP!

When this issue occurred, you can try to clear the client cache file to see if this issue can be fixed.

According to your description, it seems this issue is more related to the network. We recommend you try to change different network environment(switch WIFI to 4G) to test if works well.

    Best Regards,
    Jimmy Yang
