Track Redirected Emails

    Question

  • I've got a rule in place that redirects emails from a particular sender. This rule redirects the mail to a number of recipients with no problem. However, one user doesn't receive the email. I'm wondering how I can track if the email is even being sent in the first place? 

    Essentially my query is How do I track redirected messages to see if they have made it to the intended recipient?

    FYI: using Outlook 2013, Exchange 2010
