  • In local machine use below-

    rundll32.exe user32.dll, LockWorkStation

    In remote -

if you are currently on PC_A and want to lock PC_B type this on your command line(on PC_A):

    psexec \\PC_B -u user -p pass "rundll32.exe user32.dll, LockWorkStation"

  • If Ps Suite is not available in your PC then there is a simple workaround to lock the workstation -

Simple and easy way is to RDP the machine with the same user ID and password and it will automatically lock the screen on the other PC.

If you want to use different user ID then RDP into the machine , go to task manager and logg off the logged in user.
