Hi, Looking for some general feedback..
Currently have 2 different Sharepoint environments.. One is SPS 2003 the other MOSS 2007.. I want to transfer the content of SPS 2003 environment to the current MOSS 2007 environment.
I can ask my users to create a new site within the MOSS environment and copy the content via a shared network mapping.. This would lose all contact list, annoucements etc.. So not the best way, but is an option.
The other option I was looking at.. Upgrade my current SPS 2003 environment to MOSS 2007 ( I would then have two MOSS environemnts ) take a backup of all the sites and restore this to my Current MOSS 2007 - Does anybody know if this would work and the
pros & cons of doing this.
