Deleted my work account on the Authenticator App and can't re-add it. Help Please! RRS feed

  • I deleted my company email from the authenticator app.  I tried to re-add it with both the company QR code and the manual input but both give me the prompt "You've already used this QR code to add and account.  Generate a new QR code and try again." and "Activation failed.  Make sure that push notifications are enables on the phone and your activation code is not wrong, expired or formerly used."

    I've tried deleting the APP from my phone and downloading again but I still receive the same error messages.  

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
