  • Question

  • Hi everybody,

we run Office Professional Plus 2010 under Windows 7 prof 64bit an have Problems with Word crashing due to MSVCR90.dll.
No, we do not have the Microsoft Works 6-9 converter installed. We used Procdump to see what happens, but have no idea how to interprete the dump. For it is veeery long, I only supply some parts looking important to me, here we go:

    ----- User Mini Dump Analysis

Can anybody tell me what to conclude from that? I see a "*** Unhandled exception: C0000005.ACCESS_VIOLATION'" but don't know what it wants to tell me or do to not make it happen again. Or is "The system cannot find the file specified" a hint? Just dumpchk.exe complaining about the Syntax?

    Any Help is greately appreciated

    Thanks, Thilo
