Hi niro_007,
First of all, please ensure the device manufacturer website has released the Windows 10 compatible drivers for your model machine. To make a device work well, the compatible drivers are necessary.
For the mouse issue, please try to use another mouse (different model)to have a troubleshoot if it is possible or plug in it to another machine to have a troubleshoot.
Try to reinstall the mouse driver from the device manger.Best regards
