Report Manager is included in Express Edition with Advanced Services, but it doesn't seem to exist in my installation.
Right now my root reports webpage is just a directory listing of my reports and each report page is missing the header with all the really handy configuration links.
Did I set something up wrong or is this a strongarm way of getting you to pony up for EE?
