ca certification error for centos7 when installing from git RRS feed

  • Installation failed: error setting certificate verify locations:  

    CAfile: microsoft-r-cacert.pem  

    CApath: none

    I cannot find the path to the microsoft-r-cacert.pem thus cannot put a certification txt as the CRAN R

    Exactly what is it you're trying to install via Git? If you need to install MRO, use the installation script available at https://mran.microsoft.com/download. MRO cannot be directly installed from GitHub--the source is available there, but there are numerous steps to build it and install it from the source.

    I installed MRO successfully and I run into this error when trying to install the package called <g class="gr_ gr_69 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="69" id="69">wordvectors</g> from git
