Customer Manager license assigned to user but Customer Manager buttion still not appear on Outlook 2016 ribbon RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Given this situation, it is suggested to go to Office 365 Mail settings.

    Then on the General tab, click Manage Add-ins, please make sure you have enabled the Outlook Customer Manager for your account.
