  • Hy

    We have a problem with the Lync Client 2013 on XenApp 6.5 HRP6 Servers. Sometimes the Lync User will not Login automatically.  The Lync login will work Cert- Based. It looks like a timing problem?! All DNS Records incl. SRV Record are present and correct.

    Lync Client Version 15.0.4797.1000

    Strange Log Entries:

    We did not find device based on Name and Moniker match. Let's try to find device based on only name match

    HRESULT failed: 80072726 = HRESULT_FROM_WIN32(::ShimWSAGetLastError()) . Failed to convert string IP to SOCKADDR

    SIP_MSG_PROCESSOR::NotifyRequestConnectionConnectComplete - Error: 80ee0067

    OUTGOING_TRANSACTION::OnRequestConnectionConnectComplete - connection failed error 80ee0067

  • Hi Kobel,

    Did you solve the issue already?

    If the issue persists, please check if there is any Lync related error message on both client\server side Event Viewer.

    As the issue happen on the Lync client which hosted on the XenApp 6.5 HRP6 Servers, please check if the issue happen on multiple XenApp 6.5 HRP6 Servers at the same time or not.

    Also check if the issue happen at a random time or  at the special time period.

    When the issue happen, check if there is any network issue between DC and the Lync Server.

    Best Regards

  • Hi,

    Please change to login manually instead of login automatically, then test the issue again.

    Make sure Lync client update to the latest version.

    Best Regards
