There is no possibility to forward the call! RRS feed

  • Hi

    One of the employees of our company does not have the ability to set up call forwarding.

    All other employees have the option to forward calls.
    SFB client and account settings are the same for all employees.
    How can I fix this problem?

    Please check if the user has Enterprise Voice Enabled.

    In SFB control Panel, search the user, double click it and see

  • Yes, Enterprise Voice Enable is included with all users.
    The settings of all users are identical.

  • Than maybe you are using the basic client

    Please try the full one


    Basic client does not have forwarding option

    Also check the policy (global/site/user) applied to the users, maybe the option is disabled

  • Check the client version with respect to all other users,check EV policy assigned for this user.Does the assigned EV policy enabled for call forwarding?

  • The problem was solved by reinstalling the client from version 15. ** to 16. **.
