Public folder Replication issue

Question
-
Good Day,
I have a mixed Exchange 2003 and 2010 environment , with 4 sites , A,B,C,D.
site A: Exchange 2010 aks-server5 (HUB,CAS) & aks-server4 (MB)
site B: Exchange 2010 msc-server5 (HUB,CAS) & msc-server4 (MB)
site C: Exchange 2003 server17 / Exchange 2010 pil-server5 (HUB,CAS) & pil-server4 (MB)
Site D: Exchange 2003 aqaba-server3on Site C the pil-server4 & pil-server5 are newly installed
on Server17 of site C there is a public folder DB , have created a PF Database on pil-server4 and added replica from folder on server17 to pil-server4. ( 24 hours ago)
after this a huge traffic is being run between Site A & Site C , while monitoring , server17 is sending a lot of traffic to aks-server5 , it is a public folder replication , as if the replica was added to aks-server4 !!! while it is not !!!
Any suggestion to figure out what is causing this , and to stop this huge traffic ...

Since traffic between 2003 and 2007/2010 requires a routing group connector I think it's a lot easier to ask how that configured. I'd guess he already knows which way the messages traverse the network.
Adding another RGC with endpoints on server17 and pil-server5 would probably address the problem.

Where are the end points for the routing group connector that connects the Exchange 2003 routing group to the 2010 routing group?

Hi Elias,
In order to figure out what causes this bottleneck of network, you would like to use netmon to capture the network traffic.
Here is a reference for you:
