Incorrect battery life reading RRS feed

    I have made the move from Windows 7 to Windows 8 but am concerned by the fact that windows is incorrectly displaying battery life.

    At first I thought this was a case of me not recharging my battery but I have subsiquently seen my battery go from reporting 35% charge, just after a full charge, to 85%, about 30 minutes later.  A further test saw my battery report 97% after starting, which I would estimate to be correct, to 6% 3 minutes later, then 95% 1 minute later.

    Am I the only one that sees this behaviour?

    It is an Acer Aspire 5560 Laptop.

    Please update BIOS and chipset driver to see how it works. As the issue is also related to hardware, it is also recommended that you contact Acer Support for help:
