Using GeoS - how to erase pixels RRS feed

Thanks for using GeoS and providing feedback.

For fine adjustments, go into Manual mode and erase pixels which are out of ROI. But this is a tedious task if you have a large area to adjust as you would have to erase pixels in all the slices affected.

Better way to do this would be to use more Background and Foreground brushes to indicate your ROI and let the computation give you the segmentation.

For keyboard shortcuts press F1 at anytime.

For more guidance on how to do a segmentation and other operations, please refer to the User Guide provided. You can also search the web for 'GeoS' to find more help pages, videos and the latest version of the tool.

    Subject: Asking for GeoS tool

When I use GeoS for segmentation, I can't find a button or something like eraser when computing is done but certain areas are out of ROI!

Can you tell me how to solve this problem?
