So, when the second user are logging into windows at the same time and machine, but he is not enabled in S4b and not log on in s4b client, calls and join meetings became unavailable for the first user. Log is saying follow:

  • Both user are working at the same time on this client?

It is not supported to login with a second user if the first user use the SfB client.

  • They have open session on one PC at the same time. Means two users are logged on it. One have s4b account enabled, second is not.

If two user are enabled in s4b and login together, not problems. I'm going to disable s4b client for inactive users in s4b with GPO.

  • But this is not a supported configuration, if it is not a terminal server.

  • Hi Greku1984,

Based on my research and tests, only one user can log in Windows 7 in one time on one machine. Which means the Windows client system, such as Windows 7\8.1\10 only support one session at one time. So I am confused about the information "when the second user are logging into Windows at the same time and machine". Do you mean that you can login the Windows with two different users at once? If so, could you please tell me how do you achieve it? Do you use 3rd party software to achieve. Meanwhile, since Microsoft client system only support for one session. If we use some 3rd party software to against it, it may cause some unknown issue.

  • Hi Alice,

Win 7\8.1\10 Support few  users session simultaneously (logged on) not remote desktop session. You can believe me. Or google it.

Login directly to win 7 PC, switch account of user, login with another account. I mean this.

  • Hi Greku1984,

I made a test , I used enabled user account to login SFB client  ,then I switched user in win 7, the status of enabled user was away, when I use the disabled user to sign in ,the meeting was continue, the status of enabled user was still away.

Would you please give us more information about “After shutdown process for s4b client at second user, first become to work, call and join meetings.”, did you mean that shutdown process for s4b client at second user, without switch user, the enabled user will become work?

  • Hi Alice, log in with disabled user in (s4b) first, then switch to second user with enabled user account in (s4b). You will see that s4b meetings and calls are not working at enabled user in s4b.
