Dear all,
my one of the hyper-v host unable to ping from network while another(host) server pinging & working fine in same physical server.
we have configured hyper-v services on my physical server(windows 2012 r2) with five host .my one host is not pinging from today while all host is working fine. i did flowing process
(1)i access my server with hyper-v console and did disable & Enable LAN card but after disable it was unable to enable to LAN .
(2) i did try to restart the operating system but unable to restart manually
(3) i tried to forcefully shutdown via hyper-v console
but it was take lot time but unable to shutdown
(4) i shutdown all hosted and try to restart Hyper-v services via windows services but error came and start option was disable.
(5) i rebooted physical machine forcefully, after reboot physical machine all host is working fine.
Dear team,
please suggest me how to troubleshoot without physical machine down.
