Provisioning 'PWA': Database provisioning failed. RRS feed

  • hai iam senthil kumar. help me with this following error in project server 2010

    Failed to provision site PWA with error: Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.Administration.ProvisionException: Failed to provision databases. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Could not find stored procedure 'sp_dboption'.

  • Hi there--

    Were you trying to run the configuration wizard after the patch deployment? Are you trying to install the PS2010/SP2010 on SQL server 2012? IF yes, Please see below article:

  • Make sure the farmAdmin account has proper permissions on the SQL Server. It sounds like the provision service has access to the stored procedures but not the ability to run them.  Perhaps temporary make the FarmAdmin a local admin and a system admin in SQL.  Remove once the provisioning completes.
