Call Center integration with OCS RRS feed

  • Can anybody recommend any companies that offer call center applications that integrate with OCS? OCS response groups have extremely limited functionality.

    I know the I3 (Interactive Intelligence) contact center has some built-in integration as well. If you are looking for something that takes a little more advantage of your existing OCS deployment, you might want to look at Clarity Connect.
