  • One thing to try here would be to set the PAS site to use compatability mode. Do the views render correctly then?

  • Changing IE settings to compatibility mode worked for us.

  • IE 8 is a supported browser for ProClarity 6.3 SP3. This blank screen that you're seeing, do you see that when visiting the PAS home page, trying to open a view, or at some other point? Any errors in your IIS logs?

  • We are having this happen as well.  It occurs when someone tries to open a report.  The navigation tab opens, but the data portion of the report is empty. The "slicers" at the top still show up, and you can go to the other tabs (data layout, sort, filter).

  • Yes ,

When views are opened on IE8 it gives , " Active Server page error ASP 0115 Unspecified Error Script cannot run further"  and view wont load.

Same views works great on earlier versions and on Firefox Browsers tested.

Please let us know do we need to change anything or any fix?

    Thanks
