CPU at 100! RRS feed

  • Question

  • Whenever I stream something my CPU shoots up to 100 in the matter of 3-5 minutes and the video is then stuttering. I switched from Explorer to FF to Chrome, and it's the same issue. Something to do with Flash. It's up to date. I am not sure what else it can be. I am not super computer literate but I will do my best to answer any of your guiding questions for specifications. When I am in task manager, nothing is at 100... my Firefox and Plugin Container for Firefox are usually at 20-60 when things start to slow down. Also noticed System Interrupts in my task manager thats eating up some CPU percentage as well. Please let me know what I can do to fix this...

One thing I did was right clicking on the video and ticking off Enable Hardware Acceleration. I read it might help but didnt

    THANK YOU!
