Skype for Business online call routing options RRS feed

  • Hey guys.  We're migrating a Skype for Business on-prem environment to Skype for Business online.  All going well apart from one sticking point.

    The 2 options for call routing (in online) at the moment are attendant mode or serial mode.  No mention of round robin or longest idle (which are available in on-prem).

    Does anyone know if migrating these features into online is on the roadmap somewhere and if so could provide a link to that part of the roadmap?  I've searched but to no avail.
