  • Why do emails automatically delete from my in-box?

  • Hi,

    What's your account type? Exchange, POP or IMAP?

    Have you checked on the web mail to see if messages still exist?

    This issue occurs if a filter was applied to the default view settings of the Outlook folder. Please click View > Reset View to see the results.

    If issue persists, please try creating a new profile to see if messages display correctly.
