Meetings In Conference Room Changing Duration to 10 Minutes RRS feed

  • Meetings in only 1 of our conference rooms will spontaneously change the meeting length to 10 minutes after the meeting has been active for exactly 10 minutes.  Any ideas?

    According to your description, the attendees found the meeting showing ended though it started 10 min ago. Here I want to ask a few questions for troubleshooting:

    1.Does this issue happen often? If yes, did you find any condition in common, such as created by specific user? Would you test this in OWA?  Also, check if any calendars conflicts.

    2.You can use the calendar checking tool to check the calendar items in mailboxes.

    3.You can also enable audit logging for the (room) mailbox to track if any actions was taken and who did that.
