MS Exchange 2007 - Signature RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are using MS Exchange 2007. Sorry but there's no Exchange 2007 forum, so I post it here.

    My questions are:

    1. Could I mass edit signatures in Exchange 2007? Or I must do this one by one in Outlook ?
    2. Do I have options for shared mailbox that can be managed from one place that other users on their phones can't mess it up? :)

    Thank you

  • Please upgrade to a supported version of Exchange.

You are not receiving security or product updates for Exchange 2007.  That is a critical risk.

  • Hi,

For central email signature management, I'd suggest using a third party look like CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro: https://www.codetwo.com/exchange-rules-pro/?sts=6652.

This is a server-sided application that allows you to create unified signatures for all users from one place. Then, if the signature needs to be updated, you can do it with a few clicks via the program's Administration Panel.

CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro supports Exchange 2007, but also Exchange 2010, 2013 and 2016 so you can use it even if you upgrade your Exchange server in the future.

If you would like to give it a try, here you can download a free trial version: https://www.codetwo.com/exchange-rules-pro/download?sts=6652. It is fully functional.

If you have any questions, let me know.

    All the best,

    Adam
