Hi there I´ve recently purchased an HP desktop which runs Windows 7 Home Premium and tried to install the Lexmark Productivity Studio soft supplied with my Lexmark Wi-Fi printer but it didn´t work! In the middle of the installation asks to download Microsoft.NET FrameWork 2.0 and even with 3.5 installed, it doesn´t run. I´ve sent a comply to the Lexmark representatives based unfortunately for Latin America, in Argentina, I don´t know why since I´ve purchased the printer in Brazil, and they´ve sent a link to download the driver for this OS, but all the same, it doesn´t work and I can´t use scan, fax, pdf creator or even simple print this way! What is possible to do? Should I complain again to Lexmark or to Microsoft or blame them all?
Thanks
Arthur Guerrero
