  • Hi,

    We have federated our SFB online with one of external vendor who is also from SFB online tenet  having SIP and SMTP are different. 

    SIP: user.user@domain.test.com    (allowed @domain.test.com domain in our federation)

    SMTP : user.user@test.com  

    When we are getting an email from external vendor(@test.com) our users are trying to search with SMTP address from SFB client and unable to see their presence, its working with only when we search with their SIP address (domain.test.com).

    Please let me know is there anything we need to configure apart from Federation.
