  • Hi,

Is it a domain joined computer? Does your other USB device works well on your computer?

Please search for Edit Group Policy in Windows search box and open it. Go to Computer Configuration | Administrative Templates | System | Removable Storage Access, make sure "WPD devices: Deny write access" is not enabled.

Go to Computer Configuration | Administrative Templates | System | Device Installation | Device Installation Restriction, make sure you not configured "Prevent installation of devices using drivers that match these device setup classes"

If the issue persists, we could run command line "gpresult /h C:\gp.html" as administrator to export them as a file in C drive.

If you have any problem about check the file, try to upload to OneDrive and paste link here.
