I save in my application the last used path.
If the last used path was on the smartphone device, than the path is like this:

This path I can convert to ITEMIDLIST and if the smartphone is connected I can open the last used path.
It works fine in all Windows versions except Windows 10 1703.
I have found that after removing "SID-{20002,SECZ9519043CHOHB01,31901024256}" from the path all works as in older Windows Releases.
I think it is a bug in the release 1703.
Could you please report the problem to the right Microsoft people.
