Helpdesk Template in SharePoint 2010 RRS feed

    Hi,

    I'm fairly new to SharePoint, but from my understanding in SharePoint 2007 there was a helpdesk template that could be used by IT Departments to deal with their service requests etc, is there such a template in 2010?

    I couldnt find one in the beta version of SharePoint 2010 and I'm yet to install the RTM version, but if anyone knows if Microsoft dropped it for 2010, it would be a great help.

    Hi Terry,

    Microsoft has not yet created a set of fabulous 40 templates for SharePoint 2010. 

    I am hoping to see them after the Final product release in May 2010.
