AppV 5.0 uninstallation step by step process

Question

Team
We are having 2 AppV management server in our environment. one of the server is versioned 5.0.107 and the other one is 5.1.85.
But all the AppV clients are pointing to the management server which is having version 5.0.107.
i am planning to upgrade the version from 5.0.107 to 5.1.85 , Can someone please help me with the steps to uninstall the AppV server component?
Will there be any outage or issue to the users launching the applications? Can i do the upgrade without a downtime?
Note: DB is already updated with all needed changes to match version 5.1.85.
Thanks

The hardest part is already upgraded (database).
First install the needed prepreqs , like VC++ 2013 and .NET Framework 4.5.1 (or higher) if you haven't already.
You don't need to uninstall anything, just run the installer and upgrade. (take a snapshot before you begin, if you're using VM's).
