Question

Hi,
I am sequencing office 2010 and following the article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/983462 "Prescriptive guidance for sequencing Office 2010 in Microsoft App-V".
I am trying to "configure virtual applications to interact", but i could not " POLICIES -> LOCAL_INTERACTION_ALLOWED. " all my applications have "SOFTPKG -> IMPLEMENTATION -> VIRTUALENV " but not local interaction.
please suggest how to add them.
or may be how to do this You may have to add some of these XML nodes if they currently do not exist

Hello,
OSD illustrated gives how it should look;http://www.tmurgent.com/OSD_Illustrated.aspx
The OSD editor makes you manually add every tag that needs to be aded.

Just to add to this...
Within the Application Virtualization Sequencer:
- Select the OSD tab
- Select the necessary application from the drop-list on the top left
- Expand IMPLEMENTATION
- Right-click VIRTUALENV, select ELEMENT > ADD > POLICIES
- Right-click POLICIES, select ELEMENT > ADD > LOCAL_INTERACTION_ALLOWED
- Select LOCAL_INTERACTION_ALLOWED and type TRUE in the Element Text box
- Repeat for all other applications
It's painfully long-winded but better, I think, than copying and pasting.
