    resolved. that was due to permissions for the user on database and server connectivity.

  • Can you try running the below PSCongif command?

    psconfig -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -wait -force

  • Hi,

    This issue seems to be a machine Issue. From message is seems that your Computer is not properly connected to Domain.  use the steps in the below link and try doing your steps again.

  • Please remove server from domain

    Reboot the server

    Add server back to the same domain

    Reboot server

    This should resolve your issue
