windows settings and windows store are not opening in windows 8.1 and i am unable to make any administrator account.When i launch windows settings the icon comes in the taskbar but it doesn't open.And in cmd scan shows many errors like 501 and your package
repository is corrupted.And some days ago i saw the message many time that you have logged in a temporary profile and i lost all my personal pictures and videos and after that my pc is too slow and not working properly.
