  • I want to buy a Windows 2003 DC License but I don't know how to buy this,

    One week ago I send a emails to Microsoft Resellers HP, Dell,etc but still no reply from them

    in germany you have to have a "hoster agreement" to rent spla licenses direct from microsoft. The nice thing witch spla is that you rent them on a monthly basis. So you have two posibilities:

    1. If you are a partner you can sign a hoster agreement and become the silver hosting competency
    2. You find a hosting partner and rent a solution from them licenses
