Hi,
If you can configure a sip trunk from SfB to Elastix, you can use call via work.
I thin no documentation exist at the moment

Hi Mohammad,
Agree with Holger, there are no these documents about step by step deploy call via work both lync 2013 and elastix 4.2.
I find a link about the Elastix SIP Trunk Configuration Guide,it may help you.
http://www.voicetrunking.com/sip-trunk/elastix/
There is a document about the Deploy Call Via Work, you could refer to it.

Hi Mohammad Mahdi Meysami,
I could not find article about configuring elastix as SIP/CSTA gateway for lync directly, but I find a article about Configuring Lync Server to route to a SIP/CSTA gateway, you could refer to it.

You could conntact elastix and ask for a help,
Thanks for your understanding.
