Installing Exchange 2013 CU19 on Exchange 2013 CU13

Question
-
Hi all,
We have a 2 node Multirole (Mailbox/CAS) Exchange Infrastructure which is configured in DAG. The Servers are both running Windows Server 2012 R2.
Both these servers are running .NET Framework version 4.5.2 (Release 379893)
Currently, it is running Exchange Server 2013 CU 13
I am looking to install the latest Cumulative update (CU 19, which is the latest as of now)
While I was going through the release notes, I understand that .NET 4.6.2 is required now to install CU 19.
In the release notes for Exchange Server 2013 Cumulative Update 16 it says that "Customers who are still running .Net 4.5.2 should deploy Cumulative Update 4 or Cumulative Update 15, upgrade the server to .Net 4.6.2 and then deploy either Cumulative Update 5 or Cumulative Update 16."
I have also gone through one of the blogs here.
So, does this mean that I must first deploy CU 15, Upgrade .NET Framework, then install CU 19?
If that is the way it should be done, could someone please help me get the link to download CU15? Because when I go to the KB Article for CU15, it says "This update is no longer available because CU 18 was released"
Can I use CU 18 as that intermediate step?
Based on CU15 / CU18, the path that I should take is
- Update Internet facing Mailbox server to CU15/18
- Update the next Exchange Server to CU15/18
- Confirm that everything is good
- Update .NET Framework to 4.6.2 on both the servers
- Update Internet facing Mailbox Server to CU19
- Update the next Exchange Server to CU19
- Update .NET Framework to 4.7.1
Please correct me if I am wrong. Also, please clarify which CU should I use at the intermediate step. Link to download CU15 (if it is CU15)
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
As you said, the download link of Exchange 2013 CU15 is unavailable right now, but it is necessary to upgrade to Exchange 2013 CU15 firstly, because the version prior to CU15 is not supported with .Net Framework 4.6.2.
I recommend you to contact Microsoft for the assistance.

I read that since CU17 you do not need to go to CU15 first. Put exchange in maintenance
mode, update .net to 4.6.2 and then update to CU19.
However according to the install notes for exchange you still need to, can anyone confirm?
https://technet.microsoft.com/library/bb691354(v=exchg.150).aspx
"Exchange 2013 CU16 and later require .NET Framework
4.6.2. Upgrade your servers to .NET Framework 4.6.2 before you install
Exchange 2013 CU16 or you'll receive an error. If .NET Framework 4.5.2
is installed on your Exchange servers, upgrade your servers to Exchange
2013 CU15 before installing .NET Framework 4.6.2."
In fact, I have just checked our .net version and both exchange servers are running .net 4.7.1 which it must have picked up via windows update. Both servers are currently only running CU13, we have not come across any issues running them with .net 4.7.1
Would the recommendation be roll back to 4.5.2 install CU15, upgrade to 4.6.2, install CU19 and then upgrade 4.7.1 or should I be fine going straight to CU19 from CU13???

I have the same setup:
Exchange 2013 CU13
.NET version on server is 4.7.02558 (Release from registry entry 461310)
Need to get up to CU19
Please advise if this changes the process of first installing CU15, then install CU19.
Thank you.
