call signalling in response group if all agents are busy? RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    we are playing with Lync Server and response groups. I've created a informal group, a Queue und defined a Workflow (Hunt Group). If I call the response group every agent who is available gets parallel call signalling - everything fine, becaus this (i think) is default.

    Is there a way to configure respnose group to signal agent even everyone is busy?

  • Hi Sascha,

    If you configure your group to use "Attendant" routing, all the agents will get the call, regardless of their current presence (and regardless of them using Lync or Attendant).

    thank you for your reply. I changed the group routing from "parallel" to "attendant" and everything worked fine.
