SCSM 2016 UR3 - Notifications Missing RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I seem to have a weird issue with SCSM. When I look at a user via the Configuration Item the Notification section is empty for the user as shown below


    I've checked the ServiceManager database and running a query against v_UserNotificationPoint I can see that the Target Address is populated with an Email Address and SIP is empty (NO SIP Account in environment) the ID points to Domain_UserName_SMTP again, which is expected.

    This issue is on some users. Previously had an issue with the AD connector and had disabled it then remevoed it. Created a new AD connector and now some users are missing their notifications.

    How can I resolve this issue?
