MX and DNS Records setup for Dual Email Server RRS feed

    Hi,

    I am trying to split load from my email server, trying to setup a new exchange server in my infrastructure. I tried to configure all the possible way, created another MX Record over my Domain control panel, but emails are not delivering to New Exchange server. 

    Is there any possible way to configure my new exchange server for some of users to reduce the load from my old Email Server.

    Hello Dhirendra,

    You created the MX record on your external DNS?

    You should create the MX record with the same weight as the other record you have, but with a different external IP. For example:

    MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail.company.com.br IP = IP server X

    MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail.company.com.br IP = IP server Y
